1. As shown in the screen shot (click to view close up) find and click the Apps icon (shown here on the left margin, it changes position depending on skin) to draw down the Signature App. 

2. Once open, click to enable the Signature Builder and use the tabs to enter the information you want to include.

3. Save when done. You can then choose among several layouts and your stored info will be displayed differently with each one. Choose your favorite!

1. Log into your Enhanced Webmail
2. Click to compose new mail (click screenshot)
3. Click the Dropbox Feature to log into your Dropbox account (see screenshot) and select a file to include in the email. It's that simple. When receiving email you can save any attachment to your Dropbox account and then remove it from the email in order to save valuable website-account email space.

1. As shown (click above image to view), while composing, your screen will offer a "Send Message" feature to choose a time factor.
